Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation
Customers may request to cancel an order before it has been processed or dispatched.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at:
If your order has not yet entered production or been dispatched, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Orders Already Dispatched
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may return the item in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Subscription Purchases
If subscription or recurring purchase options are offered in the future, customers may cancel their subscription at any time before the next billing date.
Any cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle. Charges already processed cannot be refunded unless required by law.
